Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Engagement requests (Work with us): your name, work email, company, website, revenue range, the answers you select about your business, and any message you write.
• Partner applications: your name, email, phone, business name, location, service lines, skills, experience, availability, rate range, portfolio and LinkedIn links, and anything you tell us about your work.
• Emails you send us, for example to inquiry@crequemanagementgroup.com.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when pages load.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request, schedule calls and recommend the right engagement.
• To review partner applications and contact you about opportunities.
• To deliver services you hire us for, under a separate written agreement.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only when needed to run our business, and only with:

• Service providers that host our website, database and email, and the client management software we use to organize requests and projects. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Vetted specialists who help deliver a client engagement, limited to what the work requires and under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
• A successor business, if CMG is ever merged, acquired or restructured. This policy would continue to apply to your information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and applications for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you. Client records may be kept longer where accounting or legal rules require it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email inquiry@crequemanagementgroup.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Security

Our site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, bank details or government ID numbers through our forms.

Where information is stored

CMG is based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our service providers store and process information in the United States and may use servers in other countries. By using our site, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country.

Minors

Our services are open to everyone, but anyone under 18 needs the consent of a parent or legal guardian to engage CMG, and a parent or guardian must take part in any agreement. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
