Eligibility

Anyone may use this site. To engage CMG for services or to join our partner network, you must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to the engagement terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Information only

The content on this site is general information about our services and approach. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Advice and services are provided only under a signed engagement agreement with CMG.

Engagements and proposals

Submitting a request through the site does not obligate you or us to work together. Scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Partner applications

Applying to our partner network does not guarantee approval, project offers or any amount of work. Approved partners work under a separate written partner agreement.

What you send us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the site before an engagement agreement is in place. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Submit false, misleading or spam content, or impersonate anyone.
• Try to access systems or data you are not authorized to use, or disrupt the site.
• Copy or scrape the site's content in bulk, or use automated tools that overload it.

Our content

The site's text, design, logos, images, video, audio and other content belong to Creque Management Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for your own reference, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or brand without written permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or up to date, and examples and case studies are not a guarantee of future results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
