Launch event
88% of the launch-day goal in 10 hours. Zero ad spend.
We set a 300-ticket launch-day goal and built a 90-day organic campaign backward from it. When tickets went on sale, 263 sold in the first 10 hours and VIP sold out.

- Sold in the first 10 hours
- 263 of 300
- Premium tier
- VIP sold out
- Monthly reach, up from a 200K yearly average
- 1M
- Paid media
- $0
The challenge
The event date was fixed, ticket inventory was limited, and there was no ad budget. Unsold tickets would be worth nothing the day after.
How we built it backward
- Started from the number. A 300-ticket launch-day goal became the audience, reach and conversion rate needed to hit it.
- Turned the math into a calendar. Every post in the 90-day plan had one job, mapped to awareness, consideration or purchase.
- Steered every week. We tracked reach against the model and adjusted anything off pace. Reach grew from a 200K yearly average to 1M in a single month.
The result
263 tickets sold in the first 10 hours, 88% of the launch-day goal, and the VIP tier sold out. No paid advertising.
Why it matters for product brands
A ticket is inventory with an expiration date. A model that brought in 88% of the goal in 10 hours works the same way for a product drop, a preorder window or a limited edition. You know before launch day whether you are on pace, and the premium tier selling out shows the demand was built in advance.
